Steins, Cups and Mugs Workshop
Workshop Details
We'll be making some sturdy steins, cups and mugs in this one day workshop! You may make either one large stein or a set of smaller cups. Bring your ideas to decorate your piece and I'll help you make it happen. We will learn a fundamental handbuilding skill in this 3 hour workshop- slab building. We roll out slabs of clay, then use molds or templates to create cups. Your slabs can be textured, stamped or stenciled. Bring leaves, pine needles, lace, placemats or anything else that can be pressed into clay to personalize your work. I will also have a selection of rollers and texture to play with. You may make up to 2 pieces. This project can easily have a handle or not, become a planter, a hanging planter, a vase etc. It's up to you! Please allow 2-8 weeks minimum for your piece(s) to be fired. I will message you when you can come pick it up. I am happy to ship for an additional fee. Cancellation Policy
Your space in class is not reserved until your fee is received. You may pay with credit card or Paypal through the website, or cash/check. I offer a discount for cash or check payments. Fees can be mailed to PO Box 3517 Arnold, 95223. Or deposited in the secure drop box on the studio door at 728 Hwy 4. Thank you! Cancellation Policy: Fees are refundable up to 7 days before the workshop. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate refunds after that time. If the class is cancelled for weather or some reason on my end, your fee will transfer to another workshop of your choice or be refunded if necessary.
